Anger Management Program

To enroll in MSCFV’s AMP you will need to complete the following steps:

• Complete the ENROLLMENT form on this page.

• Review and sign the PROGRAM RULES and PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT.

• Pay the INTAKE FEE of $35. You will be directed to Paypal to complete payment after you’ve completed signing the forms.

• Respond when the program coordinator reaches out to schedule your intake interview.

• Complete the intake interview.
